I have worked with Chase for over two years, and I have always found him to be an exceptional co-worker. He is very often given projects that require him to assimilate complex information quickly, and he always enthusiastically rises to the challenge. During our company's transition to Agile/Scrum, Chase was one of the first to learn and begin applying the new practices. He easily transitioned into a leadership role as the student team's scrum master. Chase's ability to ramp up on new skills quickly, and his positive attitude, would be an asset to any team.
